JASON KRAUS, CEO
As a former Government Background Investigator in Washington, DC, Jason knows how to find people. He has been in the recruiting industry since 2010 and in 2017 he joined G. William Group LLC, a design build construction management company located in Edison, NJ. Having his hands full as Director of Business Development, Marketing and HR, Jason decided to outsource the company's hiring. After trying several staffing firms who presented subpar candidates and sky-high rates, Jason took GWG's staffing needs into his own hands.
Over the next 2 years, Jason would go on to hire 25 new employees. Being part of a senior leadership team at a design build company, he deeply understands your business and its needs. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Maryland and a Master's Degree from Reichman University in Herzliya, Israel.
